Terms of Use

These terms apply to the ArtFlow Photoshop plugin, its documentation, and this website.

License and acceptable use

ArtFlow is licensed, not sold. You may use the plugin under the license associated with your Adobe Marketplace acquisition. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or misrepresent the plugin as your own product except where applicable law expressly permits.

Compatibility

The current supported environment is Adobe Photoshop 23.3 or later on Windows 10 and Windows 11. Host, operating-system, API, or third-party service changes may affect specific workflows.

Third-party services

Gemini and TinyPNG are optional services supplied by third parties. You are responsible for your own API keys, service plans, quotas, and compliance with those providers’ terms. ArtFlow cannot guarantee their uptime, availability, pricing, or output.

AI-assisted output

AI naming suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing names, project conventions, exported assets, and Unity results before production use.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtFlow is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular production pipeline.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifex Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the plugin, third-party services, or production output.
