Privacy Policy

ArtFlow is local-first. Connected services run only when the user starts the related workflow.

Information ArtFlow stores locally

ArtFlow may store interface preferences, language selection, presets, naming settings, workflow history required for undo, and user-supplied API keys in Adobe UXP local storage on the user’s device.

Optional external services

AI Name can send selected layer context and temporary visual exports to Google Gemini when the user explicitly runs the feature. PNG optimization can send image data to TinyPNG when the user explicitly selects TinyPNG. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

ArtFlow does not operate a proprietary account system or hosted user database in the current product version.

API keys

Users provide their own Gemini or TinyPNG keys. Keys are stored in the plugin’s local UXP storage and are used only to make the requested service call. Users should never send API keys in a support request.

Temporary files

Some workflows create temporary exports while processing a user request. ArtFlow is designed to clean those files after completion or cancellation. Operating-system or host failures may occasionally leave temporary files that the user can remove.

Support correspondence

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your email. We use it to investigate and respond to the request.

Changes

Material updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
